Five Question Friday: J.L. Beck and Syndi Burns
Please welcome J.L. Beck and Syndi Burns to the Five Question Friday!

A Little about my special guests today...
Syndi Burns is an award-winning author who writes panty-melting romance. “Twilight” may have sparked her love of Instalove stories but “FSOG” filled the college grad with the fire she needed to imagine and create hot, hot stories readers crave. Now, she’s writing everything tatted-Alphas and the sweet girls with a naughty side who aren’t afraid to go after what and whom they want, bringing these damaged bad boys to their knees.

Author Syndi Burns:
1. Best piece of writing advice you ever got.
The best piece of writing advice I ever got was that the Best Writers aren’t necessarily the ones who succeed; it’s the ones who never give up. Never Give Up! Believe in yourself!
2. How do you drink your coffee or tea.
I drink my coffee with half-n-half, making the mixture a pale tan. Hehe. I add three Splenda packets, ‘cause it’s delicious sweet, and top off my morning brew with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
3. Book that changed the way you see the world.
The book that made me see the world differently was The Five People You Meet in Heaven. We’re all connected and that fact makes me a more compassionate person. https://www.amazon.com/Five-People-You-Meet-Heaven-ebook/dp/B000PLXEU2/
4. Favorite article of clothing/or accessory?
Stretchy, bendy, yoga pants all the way!
5. What are you most proud of in your writing career?
It’s hard to measure pride, but I guess I’m proud to call friends to so many fantastic authors through my determination to succeed as a romance author. It’s very rewarding to see my name next to other authors I’ve put on a pedestal. It’s surreal and I’m very thankful.
Josi Beck (Author J.L. Beck)
1. Best piece of writing advice you ever got.
The best thing to tell someone just starting out with writing is to keep at it. Push through the hard stuff, and keep writing, even if you make nothing from it.
2. How do you drink your coffee or tea.
Coffee, and it has to be sweet, with cream and sugar in it.
3. Book that changed the way you see the world.
Taking Chances by Molly McAdams. It also inspired me to write.
4. Favorite article of clothing/or accessory?
Fuzzy socks.
5. What are you most proud of in your writing career?
My biggest accomplishment in my eyes is continuing on writing even when I felt I couldn't. For a long time I worried I wasn't a good enough writer.

After years of being away, Maddie Brown’s returned home with one goal. Collect Cole and Warren Pierce and return to Virginia to start her new life with the sexy twins her parents adopted years ago.
The guys are up for the challenge except for one complication. Maddie’s virginity. Still, Maddie's got it all figured out. Just like the men were gifted to her as a pair, she's gifting her virginity to them...at the very same time.
They say you can't love more than one person at once. Try telling that to Maddie's heart.
